I have experience working with clients of all ages that struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I have training in the Flash Technique, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
