What looks like thriving to everyone else is really just survival, but you would never let anyone know that. I help people feel calmer in their own mind so they can redirect & focus on what matters. You can do and achieve big things while also feeling peace. I work with clients in a variety of areas that may be affecting their daily life including executive functioning challenges and ADHD, perfectionism, OCD, life transitions, relationship issues, & substance misuse.

1) Extensive experience working with young adults ages 14-25 to support their unique neurological development & challenges. 2) Support men's mental health, helping men find healthy ways to communicate, feel seen, & deal with societal pressures. 3) Work with women managing the complexities of their identity and struggles within the systems they live in.

I create a come as you are space where you do not have to perform, impress me, or worry about doing therapy "right." You get to be the one supported. Together, we will explore the story of you, the systems in which you are a part of, and how your experiences will shape your future and the changes you'd like to see in your life.
