You feel like you are barely holding it together or like your mind just can't shut off. I work with clients in a variety of areas that may be affecting their daily life including executive functioning challenges and ADHD, OCD, autism spectrum, grief, navigating parenting and relationship issues, and addiction & substance misuse. I create an accepting and non-judgmental environment where you can process, explore, and receive evidence-based support to navigate life’s challenges.
1) Extensive experience working with young adults ages 14-25 to support their unique neurological development & challenges. 2) Support men's mental health, helping men find healthy ways to communicate, feel seen, & deal with societal pressures. 3) Work with women managing the complexities of their identity and struggles within the systems they live in.
