I obtained doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. My license qualification is a Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, in my private practice, I work with individuals, children, and adolescents, and administer psychotherapy for couples and families. Diagnosis of ADHD for all populations utilizing Test of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), PE, Behavioral Modification for children and adolescents, working with adolescents experiencing acculturation issues, Parenting Skills, Couples & Family developmental communication strategies, and attachment realignment.
My specialization is treatment of Trauma, resulting in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Attention Deficient Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) associated in adults and children; Anxiety/Depressive Disorders; Personality Disorders; Cultural Adjustment; and Individual & Couples Therapy.
I use a collaborative approach in understanding and appreciating each client's story, goals, and desire for change. My treatment includes providing a safe, open and confidential environment in which clients can discuss, learn and try out new ways of communicating and being in relationships, managing and living with a variety of mental/physical health issues.
