Experiencing panic attacks and anxiety can be debilitating. Feeling lost and not knowing where to get help makes it even more challenging. Anxiety and depression can effect both physical health as well as personal relationships. I have many years of experience working with interpersonal conflicts and relationship issues. My practice consists of individuals , couples, and family. I listen, educate as well as collaborate with my clients to find the appropriate approach for treatment. My expertise in Various modalities allows my clients to find the approach that suits their personality as well their specific needs.
I use cognitive therapy to target distorted thinking and beliefs of my client. I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing techniques (EMDR) to reduce anxiety and effect of past traumas. Additionally, I apply psycho-dynamic techniques to address life time patterns and childhood trauma which contributed to the current symptoms.
My expertise is to repair and remove blocks and barriers from your childhood trauma and past experiences which stops you from discovering your best self. My passion is helping individuals reach self fulfillment as well as success in their interpersonal relationships. I believe that a guiding hand might be all you need to reach your own best potential.
