My approach to therapy is relational and integrative. I work psychodynamically to create depth in understanding of the self and relationships. I am gentle yet firm about boundaries. When appropriate and with permission, I incorporate multi-modal somatic and expressive arts tools such as visual art, movement, and play to deepen the therapeutic process.
My therapeutic work is influenced by my intersectional identities and experiences as an immigrant, Bangladeshi, South Asian, Muslim, womyn, queer, survivor, and artist.
