Do you feel there's a split between how you look on the outside and what's happening inside you? To most people, you look okay, even high functioning. Inside, you feel unsure of yourself and unable to speak your mind. You have big emotions or numbness; relationships are confusing; you are anxious, 'too clingy,' or you avoid and isolate. Sometimes your insides spill out though you do your best to cope and keep them under wraps. I specialize in working with these struggles using body-oriented (somatic) psychotherapy.

Why body-oriented psychotherapy? My clients often tell me they have been to therapy before. In fact, they articulate their story insightfully and intelligently. However, they don't experience change. By giving voice to your body and its emotional truth, you can get to the roots of your struggle faster and experience transformation.
