I am a cisgender Asian American woman from New York City(as well as the internet). I have been working in mental health since 2017 with the idea that everyone needs a little therapy once in a while. In a world that is increasingly hostile towards minority populations, I seek to provide a safe space for those in crisis or those who just want to learn more about themselves. I am able to work with LGBTQIA+, non-traditional relationship models, subcultures, or those struggling with their cultural identities.
I use an eclectic approach because I don't think that anyone can fit into one box(or treatment modality). Expect your sessions with me to range from structured solution focused discussions to tackling issues in a 'monster of the week' style. The goal will always be lasting positive changes in your life.
I think that everyone deserves a safe, nurturing space where you can address whatever issues you want to work on.
