Hi, I’m Fanny and I’m a bilingual LCSW. Life can bring trauma, burnout, shame, and overwhelm; but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My unique experience has equipped me to support high functioning individuals that want to feel better. I work from a compassionate, strength-based standpoint. This is more than a profession for me it’s a calling.

What may look like anger, fear, overthinking, or dysfunction isn't a flaw it is our nervous system being activated and responding to trauma.
