I am a relational and systemic therapist, with an emphasis in somatics and present-moment processing. I offer sessions for couples and individuals (ages 13 and up), integrating body and breath-based tools with collaborative and client-centered psychotherapy to invite clients to reclaim and expand their capacity for healing and transformation.
