About
Have you been feeling unlike yourself, disconnected, or struggling with the grief or loss of someone or something significant? Have you experienced a stressful or dangerous event? Are you experiencing distress or unwanted feelings or emotions? Have you been feeling stuck and ready to process undesirable feelings? If so, you’ve come to the right place. At every in-person or virtual therapy session, we work together to explore your emotional experiences as well as the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that may be holding you back from living the life you desire.
I am a Grief and Trauma-Informed, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and private practice owner of Anchored Serenity Therapeutic Solutions, PLLC. I service children of all ages, adults, and adolescence. I have a deep passion for working with individuals who are experiencing loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and/or stress management.
I believe in taking a strength-based, holistic approach when working with clients while incorporating evidence-based practices based on the client’s needs and learning modalities. When engaging in therapeutic services with myself, you are welcomed wherever you may be on your journey of self-discovery. If you feel we may be a good fit, please reach out.
