Join this eight-session self- discovery group and participate in guided meditations, group discussions, and intuitive painting. I’ll show you a path to deep relaxation and a way to deal with challenging thoughts and emotions. You'll learn to lead with your hands and follow your intuition rather than always do what your mind says. No confidence or experience needed in painting or meditation. We focus on the process of creating, not on the creative product. Partially reimbursable by insurance if you have out of network coverage and a behavioral health diagnosis. Starts 10/16 on zoom.

Free Mindfulness Meditation Class
Join us for a 30-minute mindfulness meditation sandwiched between conversation and time for questions and answers. Guided mindfulness mediations including those from Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) such as the body scan, the sound meditation, a sitting meditation, and a loving kindness meditation, as well as meditations from other sources will be led.

Once a Month Mindful Intuitive Painting Workshop
Paint like you did kindergarten: spontaneously and for the pure enjoyment of it. Follow your intuition or muse and learn to disregard your rational mind. Keep your eye on the tip of the brush, and as you do this over the long term, 10,000 joys & sorrows will arise & pass away, and bit by bit, you’ll transcend your past conditioning. No art experience or confidence needed. I’ll give instructions on putting paint on paper, which will lead you into painting intuitively. I’ll also ask questions throughout to tease you out of your rational mind. Therapeutic, not therapy.
