"Empowering Young Minds Through Healing and Wellness" We are a psychotherapy practice conveniently located in the South Park area providing individual and group therapy for adolescents and young adults ages 13 to 25 . We have a strong focus on parent support and family involvement and a special interest in trauma focused therapy. Our clinicians have immediate availability in both the group and individual settings.

Through our years of experience providing intense therapy we have come to recognize the importance of fostering a supportive environment within the home particularly between parents and teens. Our clinicians encourage parent involvement throughout their sessions and assist their teen clients in advocating for their needs and improving family communication

Our Clinicians will be providing a variety of trauma focused treatments including EMDR and TRM (Trauma Resiliency Model) in a safe and nurturing environment. CBT Based Process Group

Process provides an opportunity for participants to explore and discuss situations that are impacting their lives and get many different perspectives, feedback , and support from both peers and clinicians. A Clinician will incorporate CBT skills as they relate to your topics to help you gain awareness of how your beliefs, perceptions, and opinions impact your feelings and reactions. Each group will end with a coping skill such as relaxation, grounding, and mindfulness to provide guidance on how these skills can be used in real life situations. Intensive Outpatient

IOP is designed for adolescents who need a higher level care with minimal interference in their school day. Our IOP includes 8 hrs and 15 min of group three times per week including process from 3:15 to 4:30 PM and psycho-ed from 4:45 to 6PM in addition to a weekly parent support group. In addition to group, participants will assigned to a clinician who will facilitate individual and family sessions. Our clinicians will communicate with schools and outside providers to coordinate care.
