I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) focusing primarily on: depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, relationship challenges/divorce and trauma. I utilize a person centered approach pulling from treatment modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.
I provide a holistic approach which helps you to recognize that the mind, body, soul, and environment as well as our past and present are all connected. Therapy is a journey and I will help you to work though challenges and recognize your successes.
