We understand that beginning therapy can be anxiety-provoking. We work to create a safe place for you to explore your emotions. Our therapeutic style is nonjudgmental, dynamic, and caring. Our goal for you to feel understood and empowered each time you walk out of our door. We have worked intensely with children, and adults for over 4 years. We conduct individual, family and group therapy sessions. We provide therapy for children and adult victims of abuse, teens and adults in the criminal justice system, individuals, and families in intensive in-home therapy.
Our approach specializes in self-esteem & confidence building, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, abandonment, domestic violence, trauma, abuse, at-risk youth, and family conflict.
