I am a licensed psychologist and the clinical director of Sollars and Associates Integrative Counseling and Psychological Services. I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy for over 30 years in the Metro Detroit area and our group practice spans across the state of Michigan. With support, encouragement and expert insight many people begin to feel better after their first session.

Our clients are the reason we are in business and their care starts with the first phone call. When you call you will be greeted by either Dina or Sue, they will complete a small intake process and from there you will have some paperwork to complete. Our scheduling turnaround time after paperwork is completed is about 5 days. We care that you are receiving the care you need when you need it.

I have experience with Mood Disorders, depression, grief and bereavement, childhood trauma, child sexual trauma, PTSD, growing up in foster care, teen parents, domestic violence, cultural/identify issues. I have experience working with ages 4 - 75 years old. I have a passion for the minority communities especially the third culture population with issues such as culture shock and assimilation.

I offer a gentle and self-compassionate approach to therapy which is largely tailored to help you meet your individual needs and goals. I use a combination of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), mindfulness, and emotional processing through person-centered therapy.

I am accepting new clients for both in-person and online. For in person sessions I only have morning availability currently. Radiate Counseling, PLLC is an outpatient mental health counseling practice that offers individual and group counseling treatment services to older adolescents and adults. We offer a Christian worldview to our therapeutic approach.

I graduated in 2008 with my Master's Degree in Counseling from Wayne State University, with a concentration in School and Community Counseling. I have experience working with children, adults, and families through grief, adoption, blending families, divorce, depression, anxiety, and other disorders. I have a strong desire and passion to work provide support and tools for my clients and families in a brave space.
