Something needs to change, or something is changing. The ground is moving beneath your feet and you are looking for something to grab onto to steady yourself.

Therapy with me is a place where you can come and tell your story as it is, and continue to allow your story to unfold with mindful intention. I will support you as you set goals, and encourage you as you make really important changes in your life. My hope for my clients is for them to connect to their own inner wisdom with more confidence!

I consider the work I will do as your therapist to be art. I consider the things that will happen in your life as a result to be magic.
