I believe that in order to get the most out of therapy, the client needs to work in collaboration with the therapist. Our childhood and current stresses can affect our mental health. I work with clients ages 5 and up. I work with family systems that are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, trauma, and relationship and family issues. I have been trained in sand tray therapy and EMDR.

I have worked in various positions with clients experiencing a wide range of issues from depression, anxiety, ADHD,  family conflicts and trauma. I enjoy working with adolescences (ages 10 and up) and young adults from diverse backgrounds.

My name is Jeff, and I am passionate about helping people grow into the best versions of themselves. We all have challenges and hangups, and sometimes we need help overcoming them and getting on a path to becoming our most authentic selves. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults of all ages and backgrounds as well as couples and families. My aim is to help people accomplish their goals through increased self-awareness, insight, support, new skills, and more effective relationships.

I am a licensed specialized clinical social worker and licensed masters addiction counselor. I believer the therapeutic relationship between a client and a therapist is the foundation on which all other change is facilitated. I will work with you to be supportive, non judgmental, and honest. Once a relationship has been built, I work to help clients change at their pace. We are all different in how we eat, walk, talk, and think. The same can be said for making changes and growing as individuals. As therapy progresses, I believe in challenging clients to reach the goals they have set for themselves.

I am currently full but feel free to reach out in case of a sudden opening. Life is already hard enough and sometimes we just need some therapy to get through it and that is okay! My approach is warm, honest, and client centered.
