Building Resilience in Traumatic Times- online
The whole world is experiencing unprecedented change, grief and trauma. Stress, anxiety, depression, irritability, loneliness, sleep issues, etc. are all NORMAL reactions to these traumatic events. Unfortunately, these normal reactions can lead to very serious mental/physical health issues if left unchecked. This group focuses on building the resilience needed to prevent those additional issues. We will learn to manage anxiety, boredom, depression and stress in healthy and creative ways, while manifesting our bravest, kindest, and most grateful selves.
