I am open to working with those 18+. I use the science of the brain, its impact on emotions and behavior, as well as cognitive behavioral and EMDR as primary modalities in my practice.
I have over 19 years of experience in providing mental health therapy. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a sought-after trainer on topics related to trauma and anxiety, and a behavioral health consultant.
