Being a human is inherently challenging. I enjoy exploring the various life and family situations that have molded us into the people we show up as each day. I am passionate about educating clients about the biological nature of our common human experiences and tailor supports and interventions to the growth the client wishes to see. Therapy is an active process with two people forming a relationship and working together towards growth, awareness, and change.

Pilar’s approach to psychotherapy is grounded in modern research on the brain, trauma and attachment, as well as mindfulness. She sees individuals, families, and couples. Pilar works with engaged, relational methods to help people resolve anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, disturbing memories, life transitions, spiritual, and emotional bypass that are holding them back.

Caleb Featherstone received his undergraduate degree in Psychology and his graduate degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. Caleb has since received additional training in treating trauma with eye-movement and desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). He also has extensive experience working in the field of addiction with residential patients at Pine Grove Behavioral Heath and Addiction Services. Caleb believes that we should be the author of own lives and he implements a collaborative strength-based approach, tailoring therapy to each person's individual needs. This centers around the principles of education, support, and empowerment.

John Rogers, PhD, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho, a LPC in Virginia, and a Counselor Educator. He is board-certified as a National Certified Counselor. John works with adults, teens, couples, and families, and he is a strong advocate and ally for diverse clients. John uses a wellness and mindfulness orientation to help clients work through challenges they face with mental health, trauma, substance use, and relationships. He uses a number of therapeutic tools, including relational therapy, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to help clients meet their goals.

Elena is experienced working with individuals on the Autism spectrum, and has a passion for transition youth at risk. With strength-based interventions she hopes to empower her clients to their fullest potential; adding in play therapy, somatic approaches to foster an engaging and accepting therapeutic environment. With the four languages she speaks, she hopes to continue to bring access to counseling services to various communities in need by proving Telehealth to clients living in rural areas.

Daniel Rothman is a psychotherapist in private practice in the Wood River Valley. Having spent over a decade helping individuals bridge the journey into mature adulthood, he specializes in helping clients actively examine the relationships in their lives in order to build self-awareness, change old patterns, and create healthy new habits. He has significant experience with anxiety, depression, chemical dependence, ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, and attachment issues.
