How to Buffer the Impact of Anxiety/Panic Attacks
This short term group will focus on managing your response to circumstances and situations in which you experience a panicked reaction. Whether you choose to supplement your treatment with psychotropic medication, or not- you will be armed with tools and strategies to assist you in reconditioning your mind/body to better cope with life changing events and/or recent/past traumas.
