Relapse Prevention Group
The relapse prevention group is a supportive forum for adult men and women struggling with alcohol and/or substance use disorders who want to strengthen their recoveries. Meetings focus on increasing one's ability to detect early warning signs of relapse, promoting self-care as an integral part of a healthy recovery routine, and encouraging members to mutually support and learn from one another. Join us on Tuesdays at 7pm or Fridays at 1pm. Must pre-register to attend this group: 203-450-4882.

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program - Addiction
Our IOP is designed for adults who are struggling with Addiction or Dual Diagnosis. This structured group therapy takes place on average over the course of 6 to 8 weeks. Topics covered: Addiction and recovery, mindfulness, DBT, forgiveness, relationships, CBT, self-acceptance, trauma and seeking safety, emotional wellbeing and relapse prevention. Our IOP groups are facilitated by a talented team of experienced and licensed clinicians. Unique to our program, clients will continue to work with their clinical team on an outpatient basis and continue to receive medication management and individual therapy on a long term basis. Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Elevate’s Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) has been designed to be an immersive and holistic mental health treatment program for teens and can help with an array of issues. These include mild to severe symptoms of depression, anxiety, chronic suicidal ideation and/or self-harming behaviors. So teens suffering from these conditions will benefit greatly from engagement and participation in this program. The goal of our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program is to help adolescents design and create the life they want. We do this using Elevate’s proprietary, evidence-based curriculum. All services In-Network with insurance.
