I approach counseling from an integrative model, with a particular emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe counseling is highly relational, and once a strong therapeutic relationship is formed we identify your specific goals and work towards them.

Together we will help deepen your self-awareness by unpacking your history, your present reality, and your hopes for the future. This includes cognitive reframing, exploration of your emotions, challenging of your automatic thoughts, and learning strategies for improved coping through life’s difficulties.
