I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with specialties in Art Therapy and EMDR. I work with older teens and adults who are struggling with living their lives to the fullest. I can help you look at and reprocess traumas that have happened through out your life. I can offer tools to help you live more in the present and strive for the future you want. I believe that everyone can grow with their experiences and learn to thrive in their life. Together we can take this journey of self discovery.
I earned a BA in Psychology from Sonoma State University and a MA in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Art Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. I have studies EMDR and many other modalities that I use in my practices with clients.
I work with all different types of trauma and traumatic memories. By using EMDR I can to help clients move through past and present traumas they have experienced. The trauma response can look many different ways. I can help uncover your triggers and ways to disconnect from them, so that the past does not feel so connected to the present.
