I have experience with family and relationship communication, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused treatments.
I earned my BA in Psychology and Religious Studies from UC Davis and my MA in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute in Berkeley. I spent years mentoring college students, coaching youth, and volunteering in my community. I look forward to helping you find clarity, ease your emotional pain, and experience joy, meaning and connection in your life.
