I can assist those who struggle with anxiety and depressive distress in developing coping skills. They will create treatment goals that align with their desires that provide improvements in their lives. This primarily applies to those who are ages 6-25 years old. Behavior modification is in congruence with managing anxious and depressive distress with children.

I have worked in the public school system for 6 years helping children from ages 5 to 19 and their families learn healthy and sustainable coping skills that will enable them to continue building and reinforcing healthy relationships.
