It is both what happens in and outside of the therapy room. I have worked in the mental health field (as a coach, counselor or art therapist) since 2011. My practice is grounded in my values. My mission is to serve and give back through my work in the mental health community and to be an advocate for Art Therapy and Counseling. Creativity is healing.
