I am passionate about helping women and teens navigate life, relationships, and finding grace in a world where it can feel like there is not enough of it to go around. As a believer, mom, bonus mom, and chronic illness warrior I believe I can offer a unique perspective to women who are struggling with feelings of doubt and inadequacy. I get it, and I am here to help! My goal is to provide a calm, nonjudgmental environment where I can help you to better understand why you feel the way you do and help you to navigate the stress in your life while becoming the person you want to be.

Jacob is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Missouri and Arkansas with nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, and adults. Jacob offers insight-oriented psychotherapy for those looking to expand their understanding of themselves and their relationships. Jacob also provides treatment for difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational and family challenges, as well as working with parents to improve and deepen their relationship with their children.

Lee Mauney MS LPC (TN,AR) (Last name pronounced, “Mooney”) I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of (L.P.C.) with over 30 years of experience working many cultures in multiple settings. I believe in helping clients to find one’s own internal healer, to rediscover their inner strengths, and empowering them to improve their mental balance while helping them clarifying their existential journey. My therapeutic focus is client centered with an emphasis on educating clients to improve their lives through empowerment to become independent and continue their inner growth.

Much of my work involves helping men and women who have found themselves in the grip of depression, anxiety, spiritual turmoil or are experiencing a loss of their sense of self. I'm an advocate for building emotional intelligence and helping others recover from the effects of toxic or emotionally manipulative relationships. Issues including church hurt, divorce recovery, infidelity, grief and loss, personality disorders and co-dependency are just a few more to name. Since our society has shifted into a high tech world, text and email communication has dominated. Communication (TALKING to and with one another) has suffered. Real consequences include an epidemic OF lonliness among all age groups. Anxiety and depression are not uncommon and medications to treat those symtoms have shot out of the roof. Marital distress and divorce rates and have risen alarmingly. Suicide rates also. Communication of our needs and feelings often aren't expressed at all, or in ways that do not result in understanding and resolutions. With no resolution comes isolation.
