Thanks for your interest in my profile. As a marriage and family therapist, I am specifically trained to see couples and families, but I very much enjoy working with individuals as well. Developing insight towards learning how to love others and be loved by others is the key to building healthy, connected relationships. If you are finding that you are struggling in maintaining or developing relationships with others, if you have experienced betrayal, or if you struggle to maintain connection with others, especially your partners, then I am the therapist you are looking for. I also enjoy working with a variety of individual issues.
Therapy helps to often examine old patterns and revise these patterns to create new solutions to old problems. We can uncover what’s really going on and reorganize behaviors to create calm. In individual sessions, we can work on depression, anxiety, and stress that is holding you down.
Therapy can be a difficult, but it is not dangerous. Reducing loneliness, anxiety, and depression will help to give you the calm and confidence you deserve.
