Our goal in therapy is to help you improve coping skills. We will help you identify current and past stressors. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with over 25 years experience. My specialty is trauma/PTSD. I focus on a Neurological form of treatment, and focus on the individual needs of my clients. I treat people with other issues, such as depression, anxiety, couples counseling, bipolar, grief, and parenting help.

As a resident counselor I aim to provide person-centered therapy that is focused on building rapport with the client to ensure that they feel heard and validated. I also deliver evidence based practices when necessary to ensure that the therapy being provided is safe & ethical above all else.
