Welcome! Reaching out for help is not always easy. Like you, many people have experienced anxiety, depression, life stress, relationship issues, and trauma. Some have tried to heal on their own and struggled. Others have tried talk therapy and felt disheartened by it. Many clients show up here when they have lost hope in their healing journey. To minimize this, a unique and evidence-based approach that allows the brain and body to heal is provided here. Healing your body and brain is crucial to feeling better. Some clients have seen a positive change in their mood, thoughts, and behaviors in 2-3 sessions. Sound interesting? It is.
A variety of services is offered to meet your needs, such as psychological testing, individual therapy, and couples/marriage/family therapy. Anxiety, bipolar, depression, personality, and trauma are some treated concerns. Integrative therapies are CBT, DBT, IFS (parts work), EMDR, and SFT. Co-parenting therapy/parenting coordination services are available.

Parenting without a Partner- Single Mother Support
This group is curated for single mothers who are challenged with the high demands of parenting children with little support. The group meets weekly - Thursdays from 5 pm- 6:30 pm. The group offers: Healthy coping skills and ways to deal with conflict •Parent management strategies to help you raise adjusted children •Conflict resolutions skills to navigate tough situations •Effective parenting skills to reduce frustration and hopelessness •Resources to guide you through financial challenges •Peer support to talk process your concerns. Cost is $50 per session. Insurances accepted. Group meetings are virtual.
