I help couples make sesne of conflict in relationship and learn new skills to talk about thinks that really matter. I am a Licensed Counselor, a Core Energetics practitioner and a Certified Imago Relationship therapist. My approach is holistic in that clients are invited to bring all the dimensions of self into the healing and growth process; the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual. My passion is supporting men and women in identifying and releasing the emotional wounding that interferes with living more authentic and vibrant lives and to help them learn more effective ways to be in loving relationship.
Imago Relationship Therapy is based on the best-selling book "Getting The Love You Want", by Harville Hendrix, PhD who developed the model with his partner, Helen LaKelly Hunt, PhD. It is a synthesis of psychological theories, spiritual traditions, and practical clinical experience that help couples build and deepen connection.
Licensed both in Virginia and Maryland, I offer a series of Imago Relationship Education classes - see my website. I am also an Approved Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Maryland and Virginia.

Is an on-going process and support group for men and women working to understand and manage depression and anxiety. We'll use the The Mood and Repair Toolkit by David Clark, PhD as we learn the skills and techniques to manage and minimize the effects of depression and anxiety. Come to learn, come to share and grow, come to experience the support of like-minded individuals. We meet every other Thursday evening from 7 pm until 9 pm, initial intake/assessment $110, each group session $35. Summer and Fall Groups Now Forming
