Adult Women Self Empowerment and Self Care Group
Small intimate women's group therapy (5-8) - Focus on self esteem, empowerment, self care and relationship building skills. Learn to express needs and feelings, foster self advocacy, identify unhealthy relationships and let go of self harming behaviors. Learn to connect to physical and emotional needs, build healthy eating/exercise behaviors, practice communication skills, expressive therapies and relaxation techniques to create a positive connection to mind and body.
