Deciding upon therapy for yourself, as an individual, a family member or significant other in a couple is daunting, to say the least. My philosophy is that all beings are intrinsically, whole and worthy. Therefore, my therapeutic mission is to help individuals, couples and families connect to their innate wholeness. My approach is an integration of complementary models; including Attachment theory, DBT, Mindfulness and CBT.
Being a dynamic, skilled and adaptive therapist, I have experience and expertise in addressing a range of issues; from managing stress, life transitions, and relationships; to anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, school refusal, behavioral management, self-harm, trauma, addiction and finding meaning and purpose.
