I provide online, telehealth counseling for individuals in Virginia. I work with individuals, families, groups, and couples’ of all ages. I work with clients with a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to): Depression, Anxiety, Gender Dysphoria, Racial Identity, Transgender (any age), Self-Esteem, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing.

We all have personal issues like managing anger, depression, suicidal thoughts, aging, effective parenting, self esteem, relational issues, managing stress, or addiction and sometimes facing it alone is quite a challenge. We can work through these challenges together with a positive outcome to build strength in developing a powerful sense of yourself and promoting mental fitness and well being.

I provide outpatient mental health therapy to individuals and groups age 13 and older, in both English and Spanish. I seek to empower clients to access their inner resources for change, and tailor therapeutic approaches to fit each individual client's challenges, culture, value system, learning style, and personality. I welcome clients experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction challenges, dissociation, trauma symptoms, mood swings, grief, LGBT issues, and family conflict.

Feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck can make it hard to reach your goals or achieve the happiness you are looking for in life. Together, we will work to identify roadblocks, develop new ways of coping, and focus on growth and healing. I have worked with clients that have severe psychiatric issues, including major depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and many others disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
