My counseling theories most often practiced include solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, family systems, and client-centered. I have worked with many families in the Juvenile Justice Department as well as individual and couples counseling. Life can be overwhelming at times and that is why goals and collaborative contracts within the therapeutic relationship help to sort each issue out individually while working towards the desired outcome.
