I graduated from The College of William and Mary with my M. Ed. in Marriage and Family Counseling in 2015. I have experience with emotionally distressed youth and their families, as well as couples and older adults. I work with clients who struggle with ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum, self-esteem and other issues. I utilize a person-centered, strengths based approach, with a strong systems focus to help clients identify sources of resiliency. We have added to the team and can now see ages 5 and up for verbal and Art Therapy. Still seeing individuals for diagnostic testing, Parental Capacity Evals, and ADHD testing. I specialize in working with adolescents but also had a long stint working with geriatric patients alongside a well-respected neuropsychiatrist in Texas. I've worked with substance addiction as a specialty in three states and have a long history of helping patients with childhood trauma. I have a general practice and work with issues such as anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA-related, and shame/low self-worth.
