I use a collaborative approach to discover solutions for issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, interpersonal conflict, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, healing from past experiences, recovering from self-defeating behaviors, and reaching one's full potential.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and with unique needs. I have training and experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, structural family therapy, solution focused therapy and use motivational enhancing and person centered techniques to meet the needs of my clients.
