I am a virtual therapist providing online therapy from the comfort of your own home, serving clients in Virginia and North Carolina. I create a safe, non-pathologizing, trusting environment for you to examine the feelings you tend to hide away from others (and often even from yourself). Together, we can explore and learn from the conflicts that keep you stuck in order to create lasting, positive change in your life.
I have advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), and Brene Brown's The Daring Way, all of which I draw upon to inform my clinical practice. I am also a certified Yoga Instructor and integrate mindfulness meditation into my practice.
