I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience working in outpatient practice, schools, residential treatment, therapeutic day school, and hospital settings. I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

I currently serve as the Executive Director of a non-profit community outpatient mental health clinic. I also do a lot of behavioral health consulting and teaching as an adjunct instructor at the colleges in the area. In addition, I provide clinical mental health supervision to private agencies, counseling interns and those seeking professional licensure within the state.

I have 17 years of experience working with children and over 12 years of experience working with adults who are severely mentally ill and dually diagnosed. I find joy in helping others navigate through the roller coaster ride, and detours that life sometimes throws at us.

Struggling to function at work and at home, meet deadlines, as well as the expectations of relationships, while also experiencing anxiety, depression or substance abuse-whatever the challenge may be-can be hard to explain to friends and family. At times explaining what's happening in our heads actually feels more exhausting than what's really happening and can lead us to isolation and loneliness.
