I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive background in both psychotherapy and assessment. Many of the clients I have worked with in psychotherapy come from backgrounds of abuse and trauma, depression and anxiety, relationship breakdowns, or adjustment difficulties to life transitions. Additionally, I work with persons with chronic pain and other major medical issues impacting their mental health.

I draw from cognitive-behavioral perspectives to psychotherapy as well as scientifically grounded research. I also like to incorporate biofeedback and neurofeedback as well as other biological interventions. I am board certified in neurofeedback, and have practiced neurofeedback since 2001.
