Are you feeling overwhelmed from trying to be perfect? Maybe you have been impacted by divorce, personal abuse, or the loneliness associated with expectations of family, children or work? Regardless of the difficulty life can throw at you, you need to know there is help. This group provides a safe place for healing, with others who know the places you have been emotionally. This group provides a therapeutic setting where you can find healing from personal trauma, find support and solidarity, gain valuable tools for stress coping, get encouragement to make critical changes, and learn how to establish healthy boundaries.
