My therapeutic approach is Existential Phenomenological, heavily emphasizing Jungian psychology. I was introduced to Existential Phenomenology while attending the University of Dallas, where I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology. I obtained my master's in psychology at the University of West Georgia. Then, after several years, I returned to school to obtain a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Additional studies include play therapy, art therapy, SandPlay, family studies, psychophysiology, and neuropsychology. My eclectic tools range from expressive art therapies to cognitive behavioral techniques.

Robert completed his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He later went on to obtain a Master's degree in Business Administration.
