This trauma could be manifesting in different ways, physically, mentally, emotionally or a combination of all. My work is grounded in psychological theory, evidence-based practices and incorporates mindfulness.

I have worked in the schools, prison, DFPS, and hospitals. I use modalities such as DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Task Centered/Problem-Solving Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience in helping adults, couples, individuals, groups, and children with issues such as substance abuse, anger management, behavioral problems, mental health disorders, grief, chronic illnesses, school issues, parenting issues, domestic violence, criminal stipulations, and marital problems.
