I love what I do! I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and caring individual who has gone through painful life experiences myself and have likewise experienced the freedom and peace of healing. I am an experienced, skillful clinician who treats adults, adolescents, and children who are experiencing anxiety, insecurity, nightmares, depression, emotional reactions to trauma, stress, grief, guilt, and/or anger. I diagnose and treat children's' issues including ADHD, separation anxiety, divorce issues, anxiety, depressive disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, behavioral, social, school, or academic problems. I teach parents to implement structure & behavioral techniques that really work!

We believe we all need someone to talk with throughout our lives, a safe place and safe person we can open up with in ways that we may not be able to with our family and friends. I am excited to join you on this path towards self-exploration while holding a safe place for you to discover, grow, and heal. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a critical component to making counseling work. I value the importance of hearing your unique story and the struggles you are experiencing. I work with clients 18 and older with specific various presenting concerns including: family of origin & attachment issues, adjustment to life changes, communication struggles, and boundary setting in relationships.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I find genuine joy in helping others discover, cultivate and nurture their unique gifts and personal strengths. With over 15 years of counseling and therapy experience, I treat all ages and backgrounds, and specialize in Couples/ Family Therapy and Individual therapy, all Mood/Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, Grief and Loss, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders/ Developmental Delays, and Trauma.

Dr. David Pulley "Dr. Dave" earned his bachelor's in psychology from Howard University in DC and obtained both his Master's and Doctorate from Chestnut Hill College in PA. His Doctorate degree is in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in the subject of Soul Mates. As a result, he is known as an expert on soul mates and a pioneer of some of the clinically based models and theories on the subject. Dr. Pulley has created a team of clinical consultants (Tender Loving Care Clinical Consultations) who provide psychologically based consultative support for their client base.

Mrs. Rahim started RCCS in 2010. Her first experience in the field in 2007 was at the Veteran Hospital's Pain Clinic and In-patient Area. After Graduation, she spent some time in the Middle East and voluntarily served her time and knowledge with familial issues and women issues. She has experienced hospice and loss, & understands grief and suicide. Her years of experience is wide as she has worked with clients and their families about depression, anxiety, addiction, multi-cultural, multi-racial family and marital issues. She works well with adults and adolescents dealing with self esteem and communication issues.

I believe in the value of connecting to the body as a way of healing developmental trauma. This trauma could be manifesting in different ways, physically, mentally, emotionally or a combination of all. My work is grounded in psychological theory, evidence-based practices and incorporates mindfulness.

I sought to be a counselor to help others become the best version of themselves in order to live their best lives. I am a retired Major in the United States Army with 23 years of military service. My military assignments have ranged from Topographic Non-Commissioned Officer, Horizontal Engineer Company Commander, Brigade Engineer Battalion Executive Officer, and Combat Engineer. I have dedicated my career to taking care of soldiers and their families. My husband, Daniel Carrizales, is a retired Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps. I have four girls (ages 27, 25, 22, & 17), two boys (ages 20 & 13), and five lovely grandchildren.

I have many years of experience working with clients who have encountered challenges in life transitions, identity/sexuality, relationships, historical family trauma, depression/anxiety, and questioning what it means to live their truth in life.

I believe my role is to help your family find strength and solutions by creating a safe, accepting environment where we work together to explore problems, identify skills, and gain new insight. Together, we work to restore balance in your family's lives and gain personal acceptance.

As a professional counselor licensed in 2010 and in private practice since 2015, I enjoy working with clients seeking a healthy balance in their lives. Working as a team, I find that the clients benefit most from collaboration to restore areas in their lives that are disjointed. My approach is practical, down-to-earth, and very nurturing. I provide services to adolescents and adults in individual, groups, couples, or family settings. I also offer anger management, grief counseling, and specialize in mindfulness techniques. My professional experience has also afforded me the opportunity to reunite families through the Department of Family Protective Services.
