I am the owner of Bridging the Gaps Family Life Services where I offer family life coaching and education for families experiencing significant life transitions and distress. I am passionate about helping families in crisis and supporting women who are mothers of tweens, teens, and young adults who are experiencing identity distress and trauma. Many of my clients are looking for skills and resources to navigate overwhelm, chronic stress, caregiver fatigue, and maternal burnout while, also, creating deeper connections with their children, family, and friends.

Hailey McNutt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience working with adult individuals from the age range of 18-95. Hailey completed her Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas-Arlington. She also completed an undergraduate degree in Creative Writing from the University of North Texas. Hailey has experience working with intensive depression, anxiety, and grief, and feels very comfortable helping individuals navigate everyday stressors as well as relationship issues and struggles within their family systems.

I have been married for 16 years and have three adult stepchildren, a son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. I also have 2 cats that are important members of the family. I have come to realize is that during times when we feel defeated, it does not mean we are unable to change the outcome or our quality of life in the future. I became a therapist (I have a dual degree in both individual & family therapy) after beginning my own work over 2 decades ago.
