I am the owner of Bridging the Gaps Family Life Services where I offer family life coaching and education for families experiencing significant life transitions and distress. I am passionate about helping families in crisis and supporting women who are mothers of tweens, teens, and young adults who are experiencing identity distress and trauma. Many of my clients are looking for skills and resources to navigate overwhelm, chronic stress, caregiver fatigue, and maternal burnout while, also, creating deeper connections with their children, family, and friends.
