Whether struggling with your health, confronting a cancer diagnosis or facing new challenges associated with aging and your sexual identity or relationships, I provide a nonjudgemental space to find tools to cope. Video counseling gives us the opportunity for me to join you on your couch, which can create more comfort and ease in forming a trusting therapeutic relationship.
I am a Board Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider paring Video Counseling with Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Grief Counseling and Trans-Affirmative CBT. I specialize in processing issues around physical and experiential change-whether relating to health, age, gender or sexual orientation.
