I practice depth psychology with a strong Jungian focus to help heal trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression in adults and children (age 10+). Whether you (or a family member) are going through a life transition due to divorce or job loss, feeling depressed or anxious, or experiencing a relationship conflict, making a change is always easier when you have an experienced professional to guide you through it. I use a psychoeducational approach to help clients understand how they can move forward from their current and past difficulties towards acceptance and a more fulfilling life and future.

I have been working in the field of social services for the past 20 years and as a therapist for the last 18 years. Now I have a group practice of over 15 Therapist helping me offer comprehensive services. I have been licensed as an Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2008 and as an Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2014. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I seek to assist kids, adolescents, individuals, and families to resolve or better cope with a wide range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, relational or social problems, parenting issues, divorce recovery, and trauma. My background includes working with children and adolescents in a school setting for the past 29 years, including working as a school counselor for the last eleven years. In addition to my work with children and adolescents, I obtained my LPC licensure, so that I was able to work with individuals and families as well, which I have done since 2016.

My therapeutic approach is Existential Phenomenological, heavily emphasizing Jungian psychology. I was introduced to Existential Phenomenology while attending the University of Dallas, where I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology. I obtained my master's in psychology at the University of West Georgia. Then, after several years, I returned to school to obtain a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Additional studies include play therapy, art therapy, SandPlay, family studies, psychophysiology, and neuropsychology. My eclectic tools range from expressive art therapies to cognitive behavioral techniques.
