Hi. My name is San Juanita Diaz. You can call me Janie. My education includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Master of Science in Counseling and Guidance. I have experience providing counseling services in both home-based and outpatient settings - addressing a variety of issues. My experience includes 15 years of providing services to families involved with CPS and 5 years of working in area nursing homes. Many people have different ideas regarding counseling. I feel that people are the experts in their own lives and that counseling provides a space where they can address issues impacting their lives.

Mrs. Moehrig works with clients, ranging from children to adults, who are managing a variety of issues. Her areas of clinical interests include assessment and treatment of autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other disorders. She focuses on understanding why certain emotions or behaviors develop as opposed to just focusing on the diagnosis. This helps her make the best treatment recommendations so that individuals feel confident moving forward. Mrs. Moehrig believes the evaluation and treatment process should be a collaborative journey, and works with her clients to fully understand their concerns.

I love what I do! I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and caring individual who has gone through painful life experiences myself and have likewise experienced the freedom and peace of healing. I am an experienced, skillful clinician who treats adults, adolescents, and children who are experiencing anxiety, insecurity, nightmares, depression, emotional reactions to trauma, stress, grief, guilt, and/or anger. I diagnose and treat children's' issues including ADHD, separation anxiety, divorce issues, anxiety, depressive disorders, autistic spectrum disorders, behavioral, social, school, or academic problems. I teach parents to implement structure & behavioral techniques that really work!

Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral therapist and Cognitive Processing Therapy, providing individual, group, and family counseling to adolescents and their families. My main focus is helping individuals with difficulties in relationship conflicts, lack of communication skills, depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, panic attacks, fear, and loss of control. My goal is to empower lives by providing individuals with tools to help promote well being and self-efficacy.

Dr. Flamez has a strong base of counseling experience working with adults and child in a wide variety of settings. Specialty areas include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, general mood disorders, ptsd, borderline personality disorder, and attention deficit hyperactive disorder. She is also experienced in the areas of premarital & family therapy. Dr. Flamez has coauthored 8 books and has served as President for the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors.

We provide a full spectrum of services for mental health concerns in order to be of service to our community. We are goal/plan oriented to assist patients in overcoming obstacles in their lives. We very much provide an eclectic approach that is often inclusive of a variety of theories/treatments in order to meet the needs of the patient.
